I would agree with that too, it's a side effect of crappage they never thought of.....

Side effect? The whole point surely?
Posted

Well no, the point according to the gubberment was to sell new cars. Like the rest of the motor trade, and those that buy from it, doesn't exist......

Still must be faster than the early "factory" Grandad dizzler with the 55bhp 2.1 Indenor, they did 0-60 in 27.8 seconds according to Autocar. SIZZLING!I'm surprised that Carlo is not all over that 405 Exec auto a couple of pages back, seems it's right up his alley.

1990 Ford Sierra Sapphire 1.8L

Apart from the few minor bad points like broken glovebox handle and rub through marks from to much polishing, This looks pretty good for £250 BIN.

1970 Ford Cortina 1600 Super Estate

I am selling this Cortina on behalf of my Father inlaw.

He has owned this vehicle for the last 39 years

Lovely old thing, Bet it makes a decent price as well.

I am seriously tempted to buy a Sierra and just store it for a few years, just because I want to.

1970 Ford Cortina 1600 Super Estate

That is stunning. I hope it is bought and preserved in that kind of condition rather than getting an OSF makeover.

I've sent him a message anyway.

Keef will need new pants now after seeing this.

This nice-looking little KE30 is hidden away in the parts section, so there's a vague chance it might go for sensibel money.

Your not wrong, It finished at £586!, I wonder if the owner gets a bit awkward about letting it go for that?, Mind you it has been cannibalised by some chav some what.

When was the last time you saw one of these? Try never

Try earlier in this thread.

1980 Opel Kadett 1.3L Estate

Look at this old shed, It's a early one mind but...

THE PAINT WORK LOOKS FUNNY IN THE PHOTOS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE CAR CAME FROM A BODYSHOP IN LEEDS WHO PARKED IT UP IN 1994 THEN USED IT AS A MIXING TABLE.

I can see this one ending up getting weighed in.

1997 Ford Escort 1.8TD LX Estate

Check out this bag of shit!, Since when has a LX had keep fit windows and why is the stereo fitted where the air vents should be?.

He must be having a giggle with the £650 starting price!

I've seen two Escort LXs with keep fit windows, a hatch and an estate- both on a P plate. Both were for sale in the same garage, but a couple of years apart. Like this one they both had the correct trim and rev counter for an LX. I wonder if they were originally destined for another market.

Interesting placement of the stereo, I bet the vent ducts are wide open behind there.
