Auction is for rotten chopped up chassis for scrap with current type V5 document and VIN plate ;) was a 1985 defender , all other parts are sold you are only buying a rotten chassis the V5 and the vin plate for restoration only.

What possible legal use could this lot have? its not even tax exempt?!

Maybe one of those things swap with a newer Defender and export to USA deals? Isn't the export to America expensive for cars less than 25 years old? Seems a bit of a faff for all that though.

That Maestro is properly beige..... Its going to be far too expensive for me though

Landrover chassis and V5 could be used by someone bent to nick another one then use the stuff that eBay seller has to make it look legit. Bloody disgraceful to be honest.

This car was one of the best i've owned! I'll be having a bid :)

That Veyron is just asking for 'HAI M8 HOW MUCH 4 CASH CAN COLLECT 2NITE'.

That Honda's a 1989 car with one previous owner, but was bought by an elderly gentleman back in 1991? I think I'd be looking for some clarification. What was it doing for two whole years?

Look at the close up shots of the bodywork - it's nowhere near as "spectacular" as what's being suggested....unless "spectacular" in this case means rust and shabby paintwork?

Am I the only one who finds them a bit ghastly and horrid?

Saw one in London a while back and was completely underwhelmed by it. Heck, I'd rather have the Princess above and I don't like British cars at all.

I love wedges, but I reckon if I had one and someone offered to swap it for a Veyron i'd accept.

See a Veyron being given the beans, and it makes sense. That shape moving at speed is remarkable, and the noise is something else. Really, it is entirely pointless though as finding somewhere that you CAN give it the beans is nigh on impossible.

OK perhaps a Princess for a Veyron is a silly example. But I can think of so many better things to spend my cool million on than something as vulgar and horrid looking as that. I know everyone thinks it's fantastic but if it only had 600 horsies and did 200 mph I doubt many people would feel the same way.
