that Camry is 2 DYE 4

see what you mean about the Wedge write up - it looks pretty clean to me as well although might have had a respray looking at the colour of the engine bay. The vendor has no idea - the write up tells you nothing except for the fact that he is a cretin. Bargain for someone -

that Camry though!!

'ONE OF ONLY 3 MADE IN THE LATE 1990'S. EACH CAR WAS DIFFERENT'

So there's the potential that the others didn't look like an accident between a council gangmower trailer and an off-road buggy?

More dogs died of embarrassment being carried around in that spaz wagon than their actual injuries.

I had an A reg Datsun Nissan Sunny 1.3 just like that but mine was in maroon with a beige interior - fantastic car NEVER let me down

I had that yellow B11 that took me around the NZ South Island - utterly brilliant little thing never put a foot wrong

I've had that Volvo 360 on my watch list for a few days. It looks a complete hunny, but I suspect if I buy it it'll just end up disintegrating on my drive out of limited use. Someone please rescue it from a) the OMG DRIFT WEAPON crowd and B) people like me.

This 200 Vi looks top and has a long MOT. You will simply NEVER GUESS why it's only £395.

No doubt this guy is genuinely satisfied that he has recaptured the alluring majesty of the Honda Legend launch brochure in this shot. HITCH UP THE SPUDZ & FLOOR IT, JETHRO.

Tiny MOT, £395.

These are getting so cheap it's only a matter of time before I end up buying one by default. Not this £450 example, though:

MOT expired rather than failed

Right you are. See also: 'car fucked rather than worthlessly shit', 'dog inert and buried rather than dead' etc.

Hey Cavette, I got your picture puzzle! Do I win a biscuit or anything? :D:wink: I think it helped that the word 'bellend' was front of mind looking at that Corsa.

The 800, Xedos, 940 and Leg End would all be fine motorway workhorse candidates but I've more or less given up looking on Autotrader - unless it's a dealer with a website it's impossible to tell where the fug in the world the car would need fetching from. (The Rover's in Colne and the Mazda's in Leicestershire, neither of which is particularly handy for me; all I know about the Honda is it's in a field  .) S'pose I could phone the premium rate number, but not sure I can be arsed really. Unless I'm missing something, like you have to register or summat.

Yeah, all you're getting is how far away it is from a postcode I made up. If you stick your own postcode in on the Autotrader homepage you'll be able to get more relevant info. Autotrader is nearly all traders (?!?!??!!!!!), but I reckon down at the part-ex bin end (sub grand) there are some decent bargains. LIKE THIS!

'Launched in 1995, the Toyota Paseo set new standards in motoring pointlessness. Only eleven were sold and this horrible nonentity is one of them. However it does have a numberplate that kind of spells piss.'

:D Hope I didn't sound ungrateful, am enjoying the bargainous chod and commentary and will doubtless manage to work my way round the 'Trader if/when sufficiently serious about purchasing...

These Mazda Xedos things seem quite popular up here, there always seems to be a couple for sale.

The 6...

Or a 9.

I quite fancy the 9, a year's ticket with some tax, full history, lots of kit. Bit different to the usual manky sub-£1000 BMW/Audi/Jag chod.

Those Xantia V6s are insane. They look great and sound absolutely magical. Every bit as good as the Alfa Romeo V6 in sound and seriously punchy too.

Pandaselecta should buy that, he could simply install a can of chick peas where the gearbox should bee.

Christ alive, that's gorgeous. That has 'Le Mans Classic 2012 back up vehicle' written all over it.

However, the new piece of French shite I have just purchased may just have to do..............

On watch list. With serious intent. Hope that reserve price is sensible.

^WHS, extremely fanciable!

Edit: I've read the ad now and I fancy it even more!

An absolutely freaking MINT Mk1 Series 2 Legacy Saloon.

A grand buys you this beautiful thing with only 64,500 miles on the clock.

http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p

We've got a turbo of the same vintage which we're wanting to restore and that car would MORE than pay for itself as a parts/donor car for all the miscellaneous bits of trim which are well worn on our car with about 160k more miles on the clock but it's simply too nice to rip bits off to make our tatty turbo look nicer.

Someone on here PLEASE buy it!

Some high res pics on here -> http://www.subarumotors.co.uk/vehicles/used Sure looks pretty and at 60k miles it's barely run in.
