I wonder how involved it would be to rip all the running gear out of one of those Themas and whack it into a scabby old base-spec Saab 9000 with mismatched pound shop wheeltrims?

Wow, imagine cruising slowly up and down Manchester's Oxford road late at night in this beauty, all the micro-skirted hotties enjoying a night out would not be able to avert their eyes as you revved up the air-cooled 600cc twin while sat at the lights among the Megabuses, and gave the odd lucky one a wink from behind your Aviators. Maybe pop a G+T in one of those plastic cup holders that hang off the doortop to keep a suitably easy-going atmos.

That's cracking, that Sierra. I'd like that a lot. Same colour as my sisters father-in-law's old 1.3 too.

i love the early attempt at body coloured bumpers those early Sierras had. Did they do them in any other colour than red or blue? I have a vague memory of green ones too perhaps?

I remember the mental grumpy old janitor at my school used to drive an absolute nail of one, in blue with the bumpers, and I once painted up a Corgi Juniors version to match his exatcly :roll:
