Here's a Granada with VM powah. GR2 photography and it needs a few bits doing for a test, but it's cheap enough. It's in Crewe - GR8 4 Bo11ox?

I've emailed the lad about it, seems to be worth a look if its only 15 mins from the house or summert.

Mk2 Granada saloon on a D plate? Gotta be a rarity, surely?

Arrgh. So close to being the right spec it's unreal, but it's not injection and some fucktard has removed the AC and the TRX alloys, so that's me out. Otherwise I'd be up there waving money at him.

What Granada are you after exactly Pete, my mate has a mint 2.8 Ghia X (not sure in year but it's defo a face lift MK2) has air con (working) computer not sure on interior but i think it was cloth. In light gold metallic. Last time he spoke he did say he might let it go (based Hull area)

It would have to be a 2.8i Ghia X, on TRX rims. Not interested in a carb one.

Why would you want the TRX alloys???????

A few reasons;

A: They look puny and underwheeled on the 14" ones,

B: They were designed for TRXs and they ride and handle a whole lot better on TRXs than on anything else I've found.

C: George Cowley and Jack Regan would never have had one on the 14" alloys, so neither would I.

Every Mk2 2.8i Granada has to be on TRXs. It's one of those things.

Not as much as I would love it. I'd also be divorced though...

Someone's had the diesel granny. Is it yours Mr B?

It doesn't actually say that but I do wonder....

My thoughts exactly! :D

Beloved of mingebag owners everywhere is the Merc diesel estate. Very tempted to lob a bid on, but the ad is written like the car has done it and I'm not sure I want a car where the previous owner is a psychiatric basket case.

Coming to a 1980s Defender near you, is the chassis plate from this Series 2A. I  the Safaris, and I regret selling my 109 V8.

It's fair to say that the front bulkhead needs help, but look at the interior

The Maxi's been on eBay for ther past week

No I don't know how to open the back doors either. A stock of centre punches for your passengers to keep, I guess

Using the interior handles perhaps? Really, its not that much of a leap for the imagination....

Now you've broken my sarcasm-ometer :(

I just wondered if there was a hidden button or something. Nice wheels, they really suit it

Be just like me, only much poorer :D

£2750  And it doesn't even have go faster stripes like mine

Now reduced to £1995

When it gets down to £150 I might make him an insulting offer

How do you get in the back of that Maxi?

You could start by buying him a drink!

Google Translate he say: "requires replacement of the GTZ and the RTSS". Should make for a fun drive home from St Petersburg.

This beast of the field might be better for €230. In fact there are stacks of far better ones for not much more. They were still knocking them out in the 90s!

€230. Wouldn't mind reversing that into something.

The local party official's shitebarge of choice. I would love one of these great heaps. Loads on this site for under €500.

These are cheaper (and better) in Serbia. €355 for this one. In common with most old Russian shite it's covered very few km (53k), but not worn them terribly well.

This actually looks reasonably solid for €355.

There's always an air of tragedy about the noble old German saloons that were dragged into East Europe in the early 90s, then thrashed to death by drunken beet farmers. Here is one such example.

I can just hear the CIA boys' howls of envy. €591

Not ebay but this stunning Capri 1.6 Laser sold a few days ago for £3200 at a local auction house, The owner of the Ford garage in Clacton, Westwood and Clarks, had died and they have auctioned off his massive collection of old Dinky toys and photos and stuff, The Capri has been in storage from 1987 until 2006 and has only covered 20000 miles.

It's well worth a look at the lots, they also have the hammer price next to them, They all went for well over there estimate. (The more interesting stuff start around page 16)
