To my eyes the bike and rider in the foreground appears to have been superimposed on the background.

Agree, or at least agree its a composition not an actual photo. 920 LYA doesnt come up on the DVLA search.

Bloke (who bears a passing resemblance to John Lennon) is sitting on a Dominator 99, in front of a building labelled Norton Motors, but if you look up brace bridge street works, the buildings didnt look like that, different windows, doors etc.  And look at the bikes in the background, at least 2 of them are Turner Triumph twins, why would they be prominently outside the Norton works? 

Bracebridge street also closed in 1962 when Norton became part of AMC.

Conclusion - AI slop unfortunately
