Thanks, I don't know if they're unique or also available in other coastal towns.

I think they're unique to Hastings. I've been to many coastal towns/villages throughout the Kingdom and never seen anything like them.

And for definitive* proof an image search for 'net huts' only brings up the Hastings ones.
