Good point!  It's been a WIP since November 1990, and I can't see that changing...

They'll be fine!  2CV's are overbraked anyway, and the racers use the standard anchors.

Why would you brake at all? That's what the suspension is designed for - cornering with the side at 1 degree to the road surface

This is why I have roller-skates on the door-handles.

I've seen the Dyane running on it's old engine but it was an utter bag of shite cos it was trying to run on the Ronseal Deck Sealer that the 20 year old petrol had turned in to.

Well.

Very well indeed. As it is always said that there’s no replacement for displacement, this rather proves the point. Coupled with a fancy electronic ignition (with bluetooth dontyaknow), a better carb, and a lightened flywheel, this makes the Dyane much more of a car suitable for modern day life.
It’s still a 2 cylinder Citroen so refinement doesn’t enter into it but all round tractability is very much improved right through the rev range making it swift but not rapid.

it’ only got about 500 miles as yet so when settled in, I’m sure it’ll be even betterer.
