Proof if it were needed that power is a poor substitute for skill:

Thankyou for sharing! That Citroën Driver is a fucking pro! Local Knowledge and knowledge of his  vehicle's characteristics seem to be a deciding factor here! 😎😎😎👍👍👍

Actually it's @Remspoor that deserves credit for this. I linked it from my yt "watch later" list, without remembering where I'd saved it from. He posted it Feb 5th in the ebay tat thread.

@jon.k mentioned Tudor vans in the "Cars you didn't know existed until very recently" thread, which brought me to this:

More Italian chases, three scenes from Napoli Si Ribella with the awful English dub:

Alfa Romeo Giulia TI vs Fiat 125,

Fiat 124 vs Train,

& then Ford Taunus P7 vs Alfa 1750.

These are some of my favourite car chases from Italian films of this era.

That Alfa was scrap before filming started!  At one point there's a close-up of the end of one sill, and you can see the rust holes...

Not a technically a car chase. It is some crazy German porn comedy about a lorry driving test.

Watched the French Connection subway train chase last night. I was impressed that the car actually got dented in real collisions whereas in Bond films the car can drive through brick walls or solid ice and not even break a door mirror.

I have done a search on this thread and could not find if this has been posted before.

Film: The Longest Yard featuring a Citroen SM  and Burt Reynolds.

Morris 1500 (@dollywobbler) vs Chrysler VH Valiant "Divy Van", a brief car chase from Ep.389 of the Australian TV series "Homicide", 1973.

This is a favourite of mine, as it's filmed in the suburb of Thornbury which was one of my stomping grounds back when I was younger. A great variety of chod at the used car yard too:
