AS in the Community - 01.02.2020: the Association of Associated MASSIVS hits Cannock auctions again...

Some discussion was had at the recent Scotoshite Xmas scraningtons about a return match at Cannock auctions around the end of January/beginning of Feb.  Saturday auctions are on 25/01 and 01/02. 

Usual arrangements to apply; ie. Friday evening gathering at one of WS11's glittering* dining opportunities, Saturday brekky at the Trucker's Rest on the A5 then on to Cannock motor auctions for EOL shite and assorted rank-fodder.  And DETHBURGAS.

Shout up.

Usually a harvester/premier Inn near to to the truckers rest. 

Ill leave it too late and book the m6 services Travelodge again as its cheap/won't get booked up with shiters before I book it!

This is the usual choice, Paul, being the closest and most convenient.  There's another PI a mile or so further along the A5, near the toll road junction; or, as Clayts notes, there's a Travelodge at Hilton Park northbound.

Otherwise, there are B&Bs in Cannock and the other truck stop on the A5 closer to M6 J12 does basic rooms http://www.rktruckstops.co.uk/accommodation/#hollies
