Yes, I've changed that one and it's no picnic is it! Pretty sure I've brought another switch complete with the whole assembly used as a spare somewhere too. The fan resistor is usually the more common fail thankfully as it's easier to change.

Thank's, if I could afford to keep two cars I honestly wouldn't sell it myself. Hopefully it goes to a good home on AS and maybe I can even buy it back at some point?

Hi bub will add your roffle numbers along with Ohdearme and Matty later. 

I'm in Aldridge, closer to the Lichfield A5 side of it mate.  Or could possible see it etc at my Dads house in Measham, DE12 if that easier? I've renewed the insurance on Monday for now too as our Scudo van has suffered a fail. So I'm still using the Cav at the minute till it hopefully sorted.

Sorry people been distracted by my Van having a ftp! 

The Roffle / Sale is still active, I've just not pushed it as;

( 1) I've insured the Cav again for now to potter around in.

(2) Van is broken as above so this is my only wheels at the moment.

(3) I still love this car and I questioning my sanity in selling it! 

It clicked over to 205,000 yesterday too. So treated it to a wash and gave it a quick once over with some wax and blacked up the plastic trim.

Hi lamgroot, yes I still have the Cavalier available but hadn't pushed it's sale with the Van playing up etc as above. But I've just brought another car, so I had been thinking of bumping this thread back up so good timing !

No problem lamgroot, and appreciate the quick reply back.

I'm sure your have no trouble selling it, as finding a decent 2wd pickup of any kind is no easy task. Which my Dad found out a few years back when he tried to buy one. Ended up with a Ford Connect Van instead.

Thank's I guess me not pushing it with the Van fiasco hasn't helped in fairness, but part of me glad though as I still enjoy having it around. 

It even came to the rescue (again) after my Brothers Ford Focus broke down last weekend. Towing him home after a thankfully minor ftp as it turned out.

If anyone want's to drop out, I'll amend the list so people can see if any numbers become available again as we go.

Though the Cavalier is still available for a straight Sale at £425.

I'll refit the original grill and amber side indicators prior to collection too.

Have had some interest by a AS member last week, but for the meantime the Roffle will still contuine unless a outright Sale is agreed before it's sold out.

Belive me if i had any use for it whatsoever id be buying it outright. Im still at risk of winning the fucker though! Genuine high water mark cars these. Had two as absolute bangers and still reliable and cheap to keep
