Did someone post an e23 735 from car and classic a while back? It was about £900 i think and needed glass. I tried to contact him to see if he'd break it but the contact number was wrong. Anyway its back on now for £1395???? After not selling for £900???? Because his brother is reluctant to sell it so the price is going up???? How the fuck do these people's brains work???

This looks fun.  Same engine as my old one but with added OMGOFFROADSKILLZ.

In Cirencester so vaguely on the same side of the country as Wobbler Towerz.  GR9 4 WELSH GREENLANES

It`s no longer printed in the magazine - go to www.practicalclassics.co.uk and click on ThePrice Guide link to download it

Some of that PC price guide is hopelessly out of date. Two and a half large for a mint Renault 16? £500 for a project Datsun 180B SSS?

Thanks Twiggy.  They don't list 626s unfortunately, so I'll make him an offer once I've seen it.

How much do you reckon it's worth?

At a guess If i got that around the £6-700 mark I'd be happy with my lot.

"A Partridge amongst the pigeons"

"What's that?"

"Just a title right now. The opening could be me in Trafalga Square feeding the pigeons."

" The opening could be me in Trafalga Square feeding the pigeons."

I was disappointed to discover you cant do that any more.

As a nipper in the 70's I went a few times to London and loved feeding the pigeons and having the flying septic tanks land on my head.

Took my son a couple of years ago and now you cant do that. Went again last year to a conference and discovered a huge blue cock in Trafalgar Square.

This little beauty has now been on Autotrader for over a year, while other MG Maestros in similar condition for half the price have come and gone. Has previously not sold for £1500 and £1700 so I think they're definitely* onto something* with £1995.

If I wanted an over priced Maestro that has sat in a yard for a year I'd definitely be interested in this one, but I'd probably wait a bit longer in the hope that the price goes up some more.
