I’m immediately suspicious about why they’re selling.

The photos were all taken in April too 🤔

Evidently, something dodgy. Always intrigued as to what.

Panzerwagen, spears or Rappers, with the helpful description

It's got a telling advisory at the bottom of the list from the last MOT :-)

Rest of them are simples - that one could be too, or it could be ?

Peugeot 405 1.8 GLX

Peugeot 405 1.8 GLX. Needs repairs, not sure on the size of the problem, but I'm already in too deep on what was supposed to be a fun summer project, so haven't diagnosed in any detail!
- Main issue is an intermittent idle problem. Sometimes it'll start and drive without issue, other times it won't maintain an idle and has to be revved to avoid stalling. Usually settles down once it's warmed up.
- Burning a bit of oil; not on a huge scale, but worth mentioning.
- Fair bit of lacquer peel, mostly on the roof but also patches elsewhere.
- Former decorator's car, paint spillage on one back seat and various splattering around the interior. I made a start on cleaning this up, can confirm the splatters do come away with a bit of elbow grease; not sure that that one seat will clean up but I believe the rest will.

- Will also throw in some average condition OEM wheel trims if it fetches the asking price.

I considered buying this in Norway as it was cheap but it was sold. And now the next owner has put it up for sale again, possibly due to regret, and it's so rough I just have to share it here.

Unpainted filler on rear wheel arches that appears to be applied directly on rust and looks like a known fiberglass filler.

Amateur!  Everyone knows that the correct way to cover up rusty arches on an '80s Merc is to fit chrome arch covers.
