If that 206 was a 2.0HDI id be all over that, miss mine, although I didn't appreciate it as much when I had it.

52 plate, thats far to new to be that abused! Plus it will be plexed, so much electrical fun awaits

If it was any nearer I'd be all over that. For me the fact it's a 1.4 helps it enormously, you simply would not believe how economical those little cars are until you've run one for a while.

Actually i think this is probably the 2.0 8v engine which is only about 122bhp, still i imagine its a pretty quick car though. ANyway i have chucked a bid in on it.

Yes it is the 405 2.0 8v engine, reliable though and and lots of torque developed low down.  They only put it in the 306 saloon for a year or two.  Shame it's not an auto or I'd fancy it myself.

Funnily enough the 306 2.0 sedan weighs exactly the same as the 405 2.0 , despite appearing smaller!

Bloke in work has a SportKa and says it's a hoot to drive, but the suspension is stiff as a board so not very comfortable.

I thought all Kas were worth a grand, even if the rust was visible from 20 yards away.  When did they suddenly lose half their value?

Mine averaged 29mpg, which could be another factor. If you're spending that on fuel you might as well have room for passsengers. They have an engine that Moses thought to be a little out of date, but thry are great fun to drive.

It's only smaller inside.

SportsKa's got a 1.6 Zetec doesn't it? It's the normal 1.3's that have the engine out of 1940's water pump.

No - the Zetec was too tall - it fits, but it's too snug for crash regs, apparently. StreetKa and SportKa share an engine that isn't in anything else I don't think - not in the UK anyway. It's an 8v Rocam.

You're right, how odd. The internetz has it down as a 1.6 duratec.

On the plus side.

Here's another one of Kyle signing the bonnet.

Lets see if we can try a different angle and see what she's written.

Harsh but fair i think.

Even Kylie Minogue lezzing Emma Bunton up in the back seats wouldn't get me into a Ka, they're f*cking horrible cars.

I quite like them - in a somebody else's car kind of a way. I'd be quite happy to get in one, especially if Kylie and Emma Bunton were lezzing it up inside.

I've sold quite a lot of cars over the years and I've got a few locations I like to go to, to take the pictures but I've never consider that the car would look more appealling to buyers by parking it in a fucking RIVER!

^^^ Well at least he's selling it before he totally fucks it up.

A mixture of efforts here. Being so bone idle that you can't be arsed to take 2 steps back to capture the whole car, slightly at odds with the MS paint effort of actually drawing around the extended aerial...

Verdict: numbskull

What is he trying to achieve there?

In years to come we will all be talking about the time Alexg put up the photo of the Astra which had the caravan they found Maddie locked in partially obscured in the background.

The description from that Honda guy sounds EXACTLY what I imagine someone like him would write. You can imagine him down at the MOT station impressing them with his knowledge of 'servicing the water sensors' moments before the damn thing boils up on their brake rollers

I Steam cleaned the engine compartment, as composites do accumulate over the years, while removing the cooling fan assembly and the Radiator and water sensors, and back flushed the engine block of rust water build up, also the Radiator and Thermostat, I serviced the water sensors and checked them with a multi-metre, I stripped the eclectic fan assembly and serviced it before finally re painting it and the radiator.
