Have added to my watch list as I need a frugal car to replace the Audi but don't want to compromise on style. I think this ticks the boxes.

I did not bid on this as there is another car I am hoping to get tonight (although was tempted to lob in a bid as the seconds counted down but thankfully resisted the urge). Did anyone else on here get it?

Hey, here's another one! Oh, wait, that's the same car because...

Well that sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun for whoever wins that auction.

Bad news love. It clearly states on the V5 the regd keeper is not ness the owner. Sorry about the HUGE quote

Guy has taken photos of the photos of the car on the computer and uploaded them rather than upload the photos on the computer....

That's beautiful, just beautiful. Full screen image on computer? No. Maximise photo viewer app then? No. Rotate phone 90º to match photo orientation, at least? HELL NO. The text from the phone being on top is the icing on the cake.

This should be the standard Autoshite photo shooting location. Where is it?

That's in Dunston, in Gateshead. Sadly the magnificent tower block is no more.

I actually have the horn for that Proton, don't think I've seen a Lynx for about 15 years. Still see quite a few early Protons tootling around the Tyne and Wear areas, including a mint, white povo spec J reg(!) in Byker.

That'll be PJ's before Duncan blinded him in a paintball accident then.

I would quite happily fill a bath with ice-cold water and bitey terrapins, plug in a toaster, a kettle, a soldering iron and a radio to an extension lead, sit in the bath, tune the radio on to Radio 1, throw the live toaster and kettle in with me and probe my eyeballs with the hot soldering iron whilst chewing on tin foil to own a beige Cortina convertible.

Despite being rough around the edges that Zodiac is probably the cheapest road legal car of its era you can find. Its ace!
