Possibly a brand new combination of words there

Yeah came out wrong , can't seem to say anything right.  But just thought the lines and styling was kinda neat.

That is super rare. I've only ever seen one other, it belonged to my girlfriend's mum in 1990. Weird because it's very much a 'communist' car, yet they lived in a nice big house and sent their daughter to Sherbourne Girls School.

Champagne socialists?

Apparently in many communist revolutions the seeds of the revolutionary governments come from the middle classes...

Don’t recall ever having seen a white one. I say respray judging by the 50 shades of white.

Looks rough, but then it’s a £450 1.7 with a ticket.

I was thinking the same, I might be wrong but I don't think white was a factory colour. Good future proofing for the tipp-ex though

1983 Ford Sierra XR4I For Sale (picture 1 of 9)

I wonder why that might be? I don't think these worked off of EV chargers, but I could be wrong

Worst case scenario, running it dry has fucked the lift pump and the injection pump. Best case scenario, just an airlock between the lift pump and injection pump...

iirc injected fords of this era used an inline lift pump, so not reliant on being immersed in fuel for cooling, but istr selling a few for XR3i's (was working in  Ford franchise parts dept in the late 80s), so maybe the impeller overheats, idk.
