Good luck with that.  A slushbox and more grip will suck all the joy* out of one of these.  At least the original wheels are in that garage somewhere.

That's got my name all over it.  Shame about the price though!

If a Simca 1100, "purrs like a kitten", he doesn't know how to adjust tappets.  That one looks suspiciously like the same colour as mine was - after I'd hand painted it with Parsons Repaint.

Indeed. Said kitten would have to be wearing steel cap boots and trying to get out of a tumble dryer, and I speak as a big fan of Simca.
