"Two years on I decided that I had spent more than enough money on it (about £20,000 to date)"

"All the steel work is only welded on the tops and sides, my intentions was to strip it all back down and turn the space frame upside down to finish the welding "

Whenever I feel a bit down I cheer myself up by browsing ebay and often end up buying a load of rubbish that I don't need. If things are really bad I head straight for the kit-car section and become thankful that I have never been tempted to build a kit-car.

I can't see how its possible to spend 20 grand on that unless he spent 20 grand at spearmint rhino in the hope he'll get the old worn out poles to build his spaceframe.

Another "track day special".

Sounds promising though.

"Honda 16B engine 175bhp  with a close ratio gearbox and Limited Slip Differential.  The exhaust has a Dynamax silencer which keeps it track legal at 95db."

I'll just have a look through the pictures....

You see kiddies, this is what happens to you when you take waaaaay too many mind altering drugs. You end up designing something that looks like a collection of many, many unpleasant anus products. I bet he got the best track times due to the fact that every other driver died because they laughed so hard their heads exploded.  Congratulations on winning the crappiest piece of automotive buggery award for like ever!

steering does not seam to be connected

Neither does a sense of reality. What a bastard ugly car. Makes the track day squashed frogmobile look vaguely sane. Only vaguely.

I seem to have dropped the person selling the GSA estate an email. If they want actual money though, I might be struggling. But yes, I'd be mad enough to try and drive home from Southampton in a car with a fuel and LHM leak...
