I make no apologies for posting this again. 500 queens heads is a steal, knackered engine or not.

The red 164 is about my dream spec. In fact, I did briefly enquire about it just before buying a knackered Mercedes. It was about three times the cost then though...

The Twin Spark is meant to be quite joyous, but I've owned a V6, and there's simply no other option to consider.

My god this is Beige. It looks really clean but I can't figure out if it's worth the money or not.

It was a local-ish car to me (reg is BEV something, same as my cortina estate).Think it sold for around £1300 early in the year, then this sperm bank taste tester put it up for £6000 a week later after painting the wheels white (GR-1 choice).

Think the only messages he got about were people telling him he's a cunt.......but to answer your question, with the OSF scene tax kicking in now with mk5s, it is about the right money.

Looks like the one owner since 77 has really cared for that (mk1 ford wagon). Whatever was a Liability 30 odd years ago can't have improved since, good luck to them mind.

Two 164s within a minute or so, and just to further the Alfa wantage, here's a decent looking 75 in need of a ticket, but...

The car has done just 5 miles since the last MOT in 2011. Slight blow on exhaust. I have a spare.

I will throw in a spares package too. If you need anything to get it through the MOT and I have it in stock, I will give it to you for free.

This looks pretty sweet for £150 notes given the length of the MOT even though it's got a cooling problem of some kind.  She took it to a garage and they replace the "cork valve" wtf. I wonder if the changed the fooflevalve at the same time?

Anyway I'd probably have this if I wasn't already 1 over max capacity. Mrs cort16 had one for a few years and these little 1.1 seicentos are gr8.

Lovely car but I'd be concerned about where the brake fluid has gone before driving it home.

Mine would need to be in black, not sure I could live with triton green for too long Cort lol!!

If you're any good with respraying and filler you could fix that fairly cheaply. But take that to a 'Chips Away' kind of place and you'll be looking at £500 easily and for £1200 you could probably get a non damaged one!

The X300/308 is getting seriously cheap though, I know someone who picked one up for £250 because it had had paint thrown over it. The paint was water based and hadn't even dried. One good session with a pressurewasher and 95% of it was off! The remaining 5% came off with thorough washing and polishing.
