I mean, what's the worst case scenario regarding that tappety tapp?

Could be the VVC unit,mine's rattled like an old diesel for the last 5 1/2 years but still goes fine.

Ok, for sale is a 1967 Hillman Hunter with just 36176 miles on the clock.

 

 

 

I bought it with the intentions of putting a Nissan SR20 DET engine into it and going drifting, however I don't have the time or the money

 

 

 

I also got bored one day and lowered the car using blocks at the rear and Ford springs at the front.

The Robin GBS or Great Britain Special was a very limited run of around 350 cars made in 1978,its just Reliant trying to make a bit of money following the success of the Jubilee edition in 1977. It is very rare,but its rareness is only of any interest to hardcore Reliant fanatics.Aside from different trim and decals,its no different to the rest.

RE: The Red XR2i a couple of pages ago, I looked at this over a year ago and it is a complete shed. When it was originally advertised it looked a lot better in the pictures although the mileage claimed was somewhat dubious given the condition upon inspection. The interior has been messed around with and was refitted using self tapping screws and there were a considerable amount of bodging evident. In my opinion it's a breaker and not worth messing around with.
