Now the thing is, if it had stopped with the Vauxhall quad headlamp set up and possibly the autoplas window louvre it would have been ok.  Sadly some people are never sure when enough starts being too much.

And don't be too sure that it can't be topped, I have stopped being surprised at what is out there

It's quite possibly the greatest thing to have ever graced these hallowed pages.

I'm sure we have had better/worse at some point, it's a shame that we don't have an archive thread (bit like the calendar one) to save the best/worst heaps in for posterity. I can remember some of Raymanboy's listings  (particularly the Rolls Royce thing) ok you'd need to save the description as well for his stuff for as while the pictures said a thousand words, his thousand words descriptions made no sense at all.

This has just had a massive price drop to £999. Really shows how the market has slumped and people are strapped for cash in my opinion. Anyway for £999 I don’t think you can buy a faster car. I wonder if the XJR number plate is included.

That rot on the rear door jam looks terminal unless you have welding skillz and time, but you could just run it till the end of it’s MOT and chop it for spares. I’m not one for private number plates but even I would be interested in the one that’s on there.

I would probably buy that car on the spot if some of my fleet had sold by now.

It's the original plate...

So it is, I stand corrected. Very strange. I guess back in the day someone at the DVLA treated it to a nice number plate.
