Yeah, but now it's in the UK, so it'll be ruined in the shortest possible time.

See it flat black including the chrome trim, slamt with stupid wheels and Mexican blankets on the seats at your next show.

Or some daft dolt will cut the roof off. Or start a pickup conversion.

Or just laquer it to 'preserve the patina' as we all know laquer kills rust.

 

The salty English winters will fuck up the underside within a few years.

ok i guess that may be an oil tank, and not a petrol tank, given that this is a 2 stroke, but i want it soooo much.

Think I might get an XM soon, there's now two nice Turbo Autos on t'bay. 

 

 

Would mean slinging the 11 though....

Funnily enough I had a ride in a C6 today and was amazed by how germanic the engine sounded/it performed/the interior was. Not bad at all to be honest.

 

However I have one parts nightmare car already. Don't need two! (he says whilst thinking dirty thoughts about XMs)

Now I do actually quite like this shape of Sonata, and I can see the point of a mid-spec one with the 2.0 CRDi engine.  This one, however, has full leather, chrome mirrors and a 3.3-litre 235bhp V6.  It's one of those "why?" cars.  £520 a year tax too.
