I'm sure in the distant past I wrote some long rambling thing (maybe not on this site) about why the Stradair is the best bit of automotive design of all time, and I think I still stand by that

That's why:

But an example bodied as a Publicitaire not messed with since the early Seventies is just sensational.

Vauxhall Senator Statesman Limousine - £50.00 at the moment -on eBay.

Is your regular Senator too small?  Do you need something really obnoxiously huge to annoy your neighbours?  Step right this way...

I can't decide if that's an attempt to cover a knackered rear seat or whether the pint glass on the seat in front is the clue that the chauffeur might be under the sheet sleeping it off.

Citroen CX 2.5 turbo - on eBay

Apparently this is for spares or repairs.

Might be hiding rot around the tailgate. What else might it be hiding?

DTR 2.5, so you get a whole 95hp to lug you around...

Have you actually contacted the seller, or do you just assume that because it's been on Leboncoin all this time?

Blazé assumption on my behalf based on limited evidence :-)

But no-one is vulgar enough to actually sell a car in France though, surely?

I’m selling my beast of a camper. Such a unique item and gets so much attention. Unfortunately the engine blew not long back and I just haven’t got round to repairing it so it’s time to move it on.

Buy it Now £2250

Absolutely must do an eBay tat calendar next year. That's getting front page if it happens.

There's easily enough material here for a page-a-day desk calendar.
