Still see these shops trundling around the countryside in the Netherlands.

I look on eBay every evening using a general 'classics' search.  For the last couple of months someone, possibly a *genuine trader has been dumping hundreds of cars on there, all with slightly silly starting prices e.g. £38-52.  No one seems to bid on them because it looks suspicious, and often all have been removed by eBay or the seller by the late evening.  I wonder what he/they are up to?  Now, after 6pm I have to scroll forward to page 7 to avoid the juvenile ad antics which require contact by email.  The sellers' names change periodically but not the tactics.  Anyone else noticed?

It's a scam. See my comment a couple of pages back. They use hacked accounts, list 200 cars or whatever using stolen photos.the description states 'must have a 50% deposit by bank transfer' or something similar. It's just a shit scam and ebay really need to crack down on it, it's a massive pain in the arse

The chap bought this as an alternative to a Lexus. Man after my own heart, earlier today I had a MacDonalds Milkshake as an alternative to a 1996 Chateauneuf du Pape.

Being sold by Dave from Hounslow who has been driving it up and down the garden. Buy with confidence!

Yes, yes it is Keith Adams' car - and that 21 is bollock-shatteringly mint.

I wish I had the spare funds for that cheapo 19. Oddly spotted it down in Bournemouth a few months back, covered in road filth.

You look like a Man who appreciates the finer automotive forms and curvaceous lines of bygone days Sir, may I offer you this piece of heinous shit even Joseph Merrick would refuse to place his boil ridden bollocks in?

Well priced, and a very nice example all told.

Oh I do like the price on that. Can't think I've seen any Princess as tidy as that for that sort of money for some years

Been off the road since 2015 until this months MOT. I presume that high stance is evidence of a quick pump up to sell and displacer doom is on the horizon

I am posting this to make sure that I do not bid on it.  Its just 99p start and its Metro.  Even the good lady of the house likes it.

Austin Metro 1.0 5 door - on eBay.
