That'll be it, ta - don't know how I missed that one out.

It might in fact be a barn find after all then - last MOT was in 2005.

Can't remember the last time I saw a Mk1 Trooper.  I remember the 2.3 TD being the slowest-accelerating car in the magazine stats between the demise of the 2CV and the arrival of the Serena diesel - 26.1 seconds 0-60 if memory serves.

Is it just me, or does the idea of buying an old horsebox like this:

Spend a few months converting it into a proper house, with insulation, gas-powered hot water, solar panels on the roof and a woodburner, then buy a chunk of land in Spain like this one for 20,000 euros

Drive straight there, park up and just exist. Live without ever having to go to another shitty meeting or despair as yet another fucking massive bill for simply being alive drops through the bastard door and demands you complete another 2 weeks of full-time work just to stay still.

This one looks quite presentable

28,000 euros, planted with olive, almond and fig trees, on-site water source and a stone building you could pop a couple of old Seat 132's in (might need to make a car-sized door) WHERE DO I SIGN

YES. £4000 BIN. Tell you what it is though, how do you fettle the engine on these old heaps when the cab doesnt tip?

5000 euros, bit of land with almonds and olives growing, 'has a wall of stone in the shape of an amphitheatre on one side, giving it a wild and peculiar appearance'

Very badly advertised MG Midget (with wire wheels) and Standard 10 in the spares section.  Not a lot of info to go on but potential megabarg to be had I reckon, even with the state they're in.

Now I'm going to post up a load of horseboxes

A bloke at work is currently selling his horsebox. A C reg Tranny with a 2 litre pinto. I said I'd mention it on here if he wants as there might be the odd nutter who's interested. Fancy it Bo11?!
