I blame those fucking Alpines.

 

Don't think so. The engine is the last thing you need to worry about in your Alpine, and if it does break, the easiest thing to fix.

Ah screw it, I'm going to import a French reg BX next year. Can't take much more Leboncoin temptation.

Or better still, import a 21 Savanna then sell it to me when you're done with it.

Not quite how Delorean owners in the States see it I'm sure. I'm told there are 'specialist' stockpilers over the water so shipping in crates full is likely

The M3 clutch struggles to contain the meagre torque produced by a high revving straight 6, there's no way it will cope with the torque that may one day be produced by that. Unless it has Gods own pressure plate, which will require thighs like Tom Platz to operate.
