Chassis good, body Donald ducked.

I want it anyway.

Only had three owners and looks like the first will have done most of it's supposed 45k miles.

Only had three owners and looks like practically all it's driving will have been done by the first.

I’m not stopping you :-)

Huh, when I was like 16 I thought converting old car seats to furniture would be a swell idea. Glad I never bothered as it looks trash.

I reckon a decent front seat from something 80s/90s and reasonably luxury would make a decent home office or gaming chair though. A sofa is pushing it though.

OMFG !!   Proper Mk1 4x4, with the binnacle that moves with the column

probably the only one left on the road

I'd say definitely not probably

4x4 system in these early ones was by Steyr-Puch

Crazy I know, but I would sell the VX 4/90 for this

Same car, in its former delapidated condition, discussed in this very thread 5 years ago:

So glad it was saved.  Shame about the colour match roulette, but still

That was a bit of a holy grail when I was into Alfas many moons ago. I wanted to use the parts from one and create a RWD 'Sud. Obviously I would think better of that now!

It's amazing there's even one left, they used to rust at a ferocious rate, even by Italian standards.

The interior of that BMW 528i is so gopping it's vomit inducing.

Yeah I would never give an old BMW like that a second glance, but those seats look great and super comfortable. Why would anyone spec a black/leather interior when that was available??

+1 for that caramel Beemer interior being the bomb.

My folks had one of these in similar spec, I was once let loose in it when I was 19, which provided considerable contrast to my 1.0 polo.
