Funnily enough I've just been talking to a 2cver who bought a car from, someone who imported it years ago ( over 10), but without declaring it. He was worried about the nova fine, but spoke to someone at dvla and it was not a problem. Eu though obv, not USA. Ccc dating certificate and all ok and registered- a 1954 car.

Just looking at the MOT failure on this thing.

Offside Rear passenger door cannot be opened from outside the vehicle (6.2.B.1c)

Are rear loading doors not opening an MOT issue on panel vans?  I wouldn't've thought they were.
