"Are you okay love? You look like you're contemplating suicide or at the very least about to conduct a dirty protest."

"Yeah I'm fine thanks. I just realise how big of a turd this Audi I'm trying to sell is."

"It doesn't look that bad. How big of a turd is it actually?"

He has just this minute added the following verbose description.

It would be sod's law (and a kick in the plums for cort16) if this sold immediately.

I must admit to a slightly disturbing liking for these generic euroboxes; there's something very simple and honest about them.  You don't often see the uber base-spec versions with bare steels and black bumpers, especially in this condition.  I prefer a bit of velour in mine, mind.

No mention of the Cadillac being a CAT C or the airbag warning. The crap pictures also don't show the issue with the front bumper.

I bet it sells for like 1500 quid. I'm too honest.

This W140 S500 only has a few more hours to go. If the mileage is genuine (MOT history and  condition of the interior would suggest so), and the price stays under 1500GBP, this is another screaming deal I will need to pass on. If this was two-tone black/grey, I couldn't hold myself back probably.

I agree these early base spec are rare. My uninformed guess is they started spec'ing these up fairly quickly once the Focus came along. Because later in the run almost all of them had air con, alloys etc.
