All brake lines have been replaced with copper pipes and the front and rear brake calipers have been rebuilt.

 

My man!

 

To finish it needs a brake servo overhaul

Looking for a cheap number plate - and I came across this one ( these) - it never ceases to amaze me how many sellers put pictures of the retention certs with all the details on eBay blissfully unaware that anyone can transfer them without spending a penny...

 

Normally I email the seller and point out the error of their ways, but this seller seems a bit of a bell end - anyone fancy a number plate?

Its a 2.0 Zetec with the nice wheels, could be nice but impossible to really tell. Also mileage:

 

 

I was going to suggest verifying the mileage with an online MOT checker, but not one of those photos contains the numberplate. Or the entire vehicle. Or anything other than a single component such as the rear window, or headlamp.

 

Perhaps it's deliberate, since he's glibly mentioned that the MOT has expired so you'll just need to pop it in for a new one. What's your betting it's failed horrendously a week ago?

 

It took a couple of days, but they actually shared the reg when I asked. Perhaps surprisingly the last eight MOT's have been straight passes with no advisories although it hasn't had a test done since July 2014. He says the mileage is 44,664 and it was at 37,616 at it's last test.
