No MOT has only just run out but I have been using it every day for the past month or so with no issues so I can't see it needing much work to pass?

Is this the ex-Bickle Frégate?

Yes it is, seems the buyer has done bugger all with it. If I remember rightly it doesn't need a lot to get it back up and running.

I had realised that, just haven't seen those sort if plates in years.

I can't remember when I last saw the old red plates either.  Are they still legal or has everyone been forced to have the lovely* new style plates?

This indeed my old Fregate. No idea why the gearbox is in the boot though, the linkage just needed adjusting.

I had it rebuilt, properly, and had refitted it when my back died. A good weekends work would have seen it back on the road.

Bah!

I fancy this, they're lovely to drive and perfectly good for everyday use, as well as being rare enough now to take to shows.
