I'm buying this, for the next time The Black Dog comes. I can run him over with it. (shortly before sticking it in a ditch).

$_35.JPGBasically some tubes and an engine.

I have removed the 1600cc Beetle engine and box and replaced it with a Honda CBR900RR Fireblade engine (919cc) mated to a Ford Granada LSD Diff

£1800 so far, ends soon. Buy some death for Christmas!!

I recognise this photo location, because I live on this street. However, I have a slight suspicion that this photo was not taken recently, and not only because it is a scan of an inkjet print.

Also I was going to make a joke about the amateurish and shit aftermarket bumper but Google suggests it is factory. So here is a joke about the amateurish and shit factory bumper:

Q: Why did the chicken cross the road?

A: Because the Pontiac bumper design studio he worked in was on the other side.

Makes me miss my old KE70.

(I often wonder about mine, I hope it's wheezing about on patrol somewhere in Africa)

(To be honest,It's more likely to have broken in half by now)

There is something not right about that CX. For a start it is badged as a 2.5 TD

Still want though!

Hmm.  Apparently it's near me, so if anyone wants me to go and see if it really exists then let me know.

(I'd offer to give you a full mechanical and bodywork assessment, but nobody should be trusting my skills that far.  I am, however, confident I can tell a real Citroen CX from a cardboard cutout or cunningly photoshopped Norev model.)

Rear boot window smashed and replaced with wood

Could hardly tell.

Yeah - it helps that they've used that 'privacy' wood too.

This looks very spiffy.  Pre-facelift ones are prettier, but still nice even in resale grey.  Fix* the sunroof seal, get ChipsAway on the flaky bumper, borrow a gravel driveway and set yourself up as The Doctor as soon as the sun comes back out.

That Riv has been for sale for over a year now, so I bet it's no longer looking like it does in those pics.

However, each time it's listed, it doesn't meet the reserve.

Currently it's at 8,600, reserve not met. The former is not bad for a car worth 7,500, the latter is detrimental

to the car's wellbeing, and it'll be the usual rotten wreck in five years' time.

Anyone for a high spec Volvo? This was listed before alongside a BMW 7 Series of similar age but obviously this didn't sell first time around. Also what exactly is an extensive partial service history? That statement comes across as contradictory to me.

Lovely colour on this 205 but it's a shame it doesn't have an interior, If I knew of a source for a full interior I'd probably stick a bid in.

They're selling this red 1.6 Auto too but it's a bit more of a project

Looks like quite a presentable little car this R5.

I'll bet this Mini Midas sells for a pretty penny.

My area seems to be awash with 205's on the bay at the moment! Couple of sporty options this time.

I think this is the first time I've seen the full make and model of a car written on a quarter panel.
