Welcome back to the car park of the '70s.  Let's hear it for Bob, the junior sales rep, he's just got a new road atlas with all the Little Chefs marked on it.

Perhaps if he can coax a few more mph from that A-series he can keep up with Dave, salesman of the month for the last 3 months running.  The girls in the typing pool really go for that vinyl roof.

Dave looks on with some envy at Mike, he's the area sales manager and that Cortina is the cat's pyjamas.

Mike knows he's got more chance of walking on Mars than getting Edward's job of sales director.  That Beemer is pretty exotic but the girls in accounts are all over him like a cheap suit.

This belongs to Tracey from personnel.  She's sleeping with Sir Charles, the chairman.

130 BHP SEH 8V - proper q car. 195/60x14 steels but those are SRi trims and it should have L trims, like what the grey bumpers are.

Still throw in a GSi engine, steal the interior out of an Old v6 Diplomat, and you've got a stonking car. (or throw in a V6 as I'm sure I've seen that done on what used to be cavweb.co.uk  )

I'm just off for a wank.

Audi 90 1986 Auto 2.0L 97500 guaranteed mileage. One owner from new. Mechanically in perfect working order. Body work needs a little attention. This car has always been garaged. MOT and taxed until Feb 2015. Full service history. The only reason my dad is selling the car he is 94 and has given up driving. This car has been well looked after as it has been my dads pride and joy.

I think its the 115bhp engine in these, and I think they're GL trims?? Also leave the engine and trim alone!!! The bizarre spec is the great thing about these I reckon.

 nah it's a g reg and therefore 130.

K reg would had the 115 bhp.

Front trim is GL, rear is SRi.  Indeed the bizarre spec is great. only 10 left apparently.

That Corty seller only loses credibility when he suggests turning it into a 1600E instead of just MOT'ing it and leaving it exactly the way it is.....

May I put my two pennorth in at this point ?

As a big buyer of Vauxhalls, my employer (Argos) used to get 3 month fleet demos of all the latest models and as with any demo I'd blag them to use if they were any good. We got a red 4x4 Cavalier and it was shit, very basic inside and definitely only the 115 bhp L/GLi/CDi spec engine with the higher gearing. It handled funny from memory and you couldn't provoke it into lift off or left foot oversteer like a normal Cavalier. In fact even though it was around for my annual 4 day destruction test following the RAC Rally round the country and there was snow that year I took an XM.

It's a 16v. Eurgh. £400 will just about get a scabby V6 - and they're rather fun.

That Audi ‘no longer available’. Not surprised at that price, it did look tidy. Hope it's gone to someone who'll enjoy it, not a banger rally and not a white room either.
