It's saying that cosworth had a Pay out value of £2700, which seems really low. There's been allegros and stuff on their with similiar values.

I bet the previous owner regrets fitting wang-king ditchfinders now.

That Acclaim is excellent.

 

 

 I planned to keep polishing it and to keep it in my garage for years to come but to be honest i have to be realistic, I'm not a car enthusiast and I'm not into sitting in garages polishing cars on a weekly basis.

If you are after a Rover 25 one of my customers in Taunton is giving up driving and selling her 25. It's a W reg with just 43000 miles. Passed the mot a couple of weeks ago and had a  few months tax as well. She had the cambelt done last year along with a minor service and has only done about 800 miles since. I am sure she would let it go for £300

 

Thanks, to be honest I wasn't really looking for a 25, just happened to spot a potential fixer-upper that might make a couple of pounds profit if tidied up and resold but 25s seem to be pretty worthless right now.  Yours looks good for £300, can't really ask for more for the money, can you?

 

If it's still around next month I might consider it but I don't really have the £££ to chuck around at the moment.  Someone on here will like it though surely?

Hi I can do that for you but they don't take cards over the phone unless it is for more than 5 grand or something. I always pay cash on collection which is ok but expect about £100 on top of the hammer price with all the fees. They charge a £10 loading fee to drag it out on a forklift for you. All car will of been lifted by forklift even if it does say they run

I know these are pretty dull but I wouldn't mind one after the 306 gives up the ghost. Especially the 110bhp version, even though I believe they banged dmf's on the 110's.

 

Looks like its been looked after and I have never had a new style i.e 52 plate etc etc and this is straight into "04" high roller territory.
