matt black rattle can kiss of death victim

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1975-TRIUMPH- ... 1047195016

I'm a lumberjack and I'm ok, I wear sunglasses in forests all day. I cut down springs, I pose for dodgy pictures for Autoshiter's glee. On Wednesdays I go shopping for mat black paint and sympathy

EFA.

I love* how he's not even bothered to take the number plate off and just (badly) painted around it. What a cretinous mouth-breather.

I saw that Humber parked up over the last short while. Looks fab from a distance. 8)

That is the Mutts of Knutsford. You know you have to itch that scratch! Do it!

I took a 4x4 version of that Dodge to an off-road day in a quarry once. Wayyy too big, but genuinely amusing to drive.

Price keeps going down on this - still not cheap but it sounds and looks like one hell of a car

I understand it's a rare car, and don't get me wrong, I'm sure it'd be great for the OMFGSNOWKAOS of trying to get up the drop kerbed driveway of doom, but I've seen two or three in my time on eBay (One was a fully hydropneumatic Estate 4x4 in Light Metallic Blue and one was an Executive 2.0 Petrol). Don't think "Only one in the world" is an appropriate statement, although, I'd like to see what it's capabilities actually are.

Yes, but they are different cars Ben. No 405 4x4s are fully hydropneumatic, it's just the rear suspension. I think it might even have an electric pump?

Peugeot didn't make a 405 diesel 4x4 full stop, it's taken quite a bit of surgery (4x4 floorpan) to make this one.

I want it, but can't have it...

Still, a few more quid dropped off it and it's full of win.

No no, I know they didn't make a 4x4 Diesel, but I'm sure the last one I saw had been fully implanted with BX/Xantia technology including the lever to make it go up and down an all.

But it was a long time ago :)

Bargainous at around the 1k mark though... As long as it's healthy.

Sort of a sporty number, the ARX. 1275 non-MG engine, MG seats with different fabric IIRC. Advertised by Nigel Mansell.
