Disabled Driver controls possibly ?

There is a normal Hand Throttle for that era of Land Rover

There are a number of non-standard bits on that, such as the capstan winch, Kenlowe and the additional instruments;

so anyone's guess without trying it.

There’s a door handle and a window winder but there’s also another handle near the window winder… what is it for?
