@morrisoxide I've just spoken to Stan. He wants £6k for the CX. No rot apparently, and I believe him. Car is in Yorkshire. 

Poor fella has been in the wars; broken back followed by open heart surgery so he's not been well. Consequently the car hasn't seen much use. 

£6k a bit rich for me (although I'm sure it's a fair valuation) unless someone buys the 'Stro off me. 

Definitely a CX greybeard, someone should go and interview him to share all his knowhow.

Maybe I'm imagining things, but I am 69% certain that this was for sale a few years back and had an interesting background story. Imported in the 60s and sat in a garage since the 70s, something like that.
