This car has been used as a charity car for the last two years & will be sold with the “Captain America” “Avengers” graphics & logos. These were added a local graphics company & Are licensed (permission to use granted)

"HI Marvel headquarters how can I help"

"Can I put some real shit stickers on a Mondeo to raise £3.55"

"Yeah no probs"

Easy as that.

250-odd thou miles in a 1.6 Cav! Only way that could be better would be if it were the 1.3.

Retro fit an Astra mk1 engine. For extra...revs.

"This vehicle is an ideal investment opportunity , You could put this car away and your money will grow , Classic cars are better investment than property in this current financial climate . 1980's and 1990's cars are the affordable cars in the classic market .

We believe we have the best variety of the most unusual cars that you will find in the UK"

"Unusual cars" such as everyday repmobiles? Hmmm.....

Not as perfect as may first appear, but by God there cannot be a better car on eBay at the moment for £15,000.

It's fantastic, anyone who can knock 1/2 a Morris 1000 Traveller, 1/4 of a Beetle and 1/4 of a Spitfire aeroplane up into a car deserves full admiration.

How ace would it be overtaking the rigger boot/piss palace boys in their restricted modern stuff in this?

*Your fascinating* fact for the day: They look remarkably like the old P&O Roadtank colours, before they switched to dark blue, and the colour of those light blue ones  is a good match for an Olympic blue 1977 Ford Capri 1.3.

From the advert:

One of the oldest Volkswagen notchback in red in existence

Getting desperate are we not?

and then goes on to say;

I would encourage you to view the car to fully understand the work and the dedication of time required to complete this project and because I like visitors, it brightens up my days.

Creepy

"...Our mum has never been a particularly adventurous driver, I don’t think she has ever been on a motorway. Since her first MG 1100 thirty years ago she has never driven anything other than an 1100 and has had a number of them...."

Yes, 'tis not like she's had much of a choice given that her spouse and children are ADO16 nuts. Bet she secretly yearns for something normal, like a ......oh hang on....
