The picture that inspired me was in an American custom car mag and was of a street version of a Chevrolet Monza from what they call the IMSA series

 

 

I decided to do this although a better donor car would have been an Opel Manta

 

I'd have thought the better donor car would have been a Chevrolet Monza. I know. I'm weird.

That's bloody lovely. 

 

 

Don't the top of the side lights (i.e above wing/bonnet level) illuminate on these so you can judge where the front of the car is?

And my son has an astra mk4
