Yep,that green 3 door Rover was mine. 

 

Lovely car but I struggled to get a replacement door card.

 

Nice condition and worth  the money.

Been around 4sale forever. You can't legally drive it (at least not here) because the "slight" modification is not in the car papers and no TÜV will ever approve this.

I really like these Early 80's Minis with the 10 inch wheels and stripes down the sides. Hopefully this one ends up with someone who keeps it as close to how it is now as possible

Is this definitely a HONDA engine?  I can never remember what the exact CC numbers are and which way around.  I thought all cabriolets had the K series, but the internet seems to differ with my opinion.

Yeah 1590cc is a Honda engine. A Rover K series would be 1588cc if a 1.6.

Not sure that has increased or decreased want levels tbh.

 

Are these any good?  Prices are all over the ruddy place.  £300 on here to £2500 on the open market.

Never had a cabrio so can't pass judgement on that but I had a couple of 214SEI saloons a long time back & I rate them as good cars. I think R8's get a lot of love on here generally also. How much are the 220 turbo's going for? I guess the 1.6 would be ok for cruising but brisk rather than quick.

One for the late registration madness thread... WBAC as chucking this 2008 pre-facelift R75 through BCA Enfield tomorrow. Diesel Auto with just 45k.
