I have won this, for about 30 secs I was super chuffed then reality set in. I thought Hayling Island was in Essex, but its off the bastard south coast AND I havent even got a flippin towcar at the moment. Talk about making things difficult for yourself...... Not sure how i am going to sort this TBH.

Skiz, I'd be quite happy to pick up that Gamma and drive it down to Omicron in Mulbarton if you decide to go for it.  Onward delivery at a later date may also be possible.

I had a guided tour of Omicron last year as one of the main chaps there (Andrew) also has a Sera fetish. They had loads of gorgeous motors in there, fulvias flavias, berlina this, zagato that, but nothing made after about 1975. I asked about them doing work on my Beta, and he said they didn't usually work on anything that new, so Gammas are probably out as well ... definitely ask before making plans.

 

As per my pm yesterday mate, let me know if I can help. I can possibly collect and hide for a bit (ok use) or maybe assist with delivery.

I live on the Fair Isle of Hay. I can't immediately see any way I can assist in the recovery of said machine but let me know if there's anything useful you think I could do. If nothing else am happy to provide a cup of something almost but not quite entirely unlike tea on collection day :)

That dark green is a bloody lovely colour though
