Most people have an option in their contract to reconfigure the work/life balance, known as sick leave ;)

I hope to be able to make it but it depends on what state Mrs K is in after the knackers have rummaged in her giblets, date yet to be fixed.

With all the AAM attendees will there be space for the real bidders?

At SF18 I suggested it may be possible to have an AS event at our village football club; the Committee says YES, and more importantly the groundsman didn't go apeshit. Will have to be after the end of the football season and not the weekend of the village maidens 50th birthday bash so watch this space.

We have parking, plenty of room for tents etc, toilets, showers, kitchen (subject to the kitchen ladies), club room with cheap beer -Carlsberg currently £2.80 with discount for 4 pint jug.

Suggested charge of £5 per night beer not included.

I've seen a double decker going down to the village school so a big yellow might get there but there are a lot of overhanging branches on the way in.

Post code nearest is EX17 4HB, then look 200 yards south. We are 10 miles out of Exeter just off the A3072 Tiverton to Crediton.

Does this mean there should be a mystery roffle for the auction?

If there is I shall not be buying any tickets for it.

Bollocks, kiss of death again, after sorting the other thing that could have kept me away I was about to confirm only to find out that Daughter has her guides first aid course next month, guess which day? Shit. I will make one one day........

Bub should be persuading a mutual friend of ours to attend, who has a driving license. This means bub should be persuaded* to buy a car

Or we can gift him one

From seeing the guide group in action on the Remembrance Day parade last year I think Harold Shipman would be a better prospect if you were ever ill.

I taught first aid to a group of cubs.

"What should you do before you roll the injured person over?"

"NICK HIS PHONE"

"No, don't nick his phone"

"KICK HIM"

*sigh*

Anyroad. I'm really intrigued by this pie place. I reckon I could smash that.
