Define 'genuine', RBJ.  Now, if I were making that joke to somebody with a physical condition upon which they have no control and they were in on the joke, that's fine.  It appears, however, that this particular individual was papped and then mocked without his knowledge or consent.  I find that pretty reprehensible.  In the same way that taking a picture of someone with dark skin and calling them a 'gorilla' or equivalent without them being in on the joke is reprehensible.  They are equivalent and discriminatory.

 

I really don't want to get involved in forum politics but in this instance, I've got to say that I find that particular post neither whimsical nor amusing.  Instead, it goes 'Hahaha!  A dwarf!  Hahahaha!  And he's wearing a Police outfit!  Hahahaha! Wow.  I didn't know they could do that! Hahahaha!  Aren't they funny!  Bless!'
