You should also watch the same chap's 125 video.
Hey I enjoyed that, great stuff. Even enjoyed the tune that went with it, I thought 'trance' was something for young uns only.

european banger racing. Theres some hellish carnage, it seems they get going a bit faster than they do on some of the UK ovals. Seems amazing that folk get out alive from some of these crunch-ups!

Caution: Not recommended for Volvo lovers!!!

Notice how the wig flies off the rear passenger dummy and falls out of the rear window. I'll bet the director thought that was just hilarious as it ruined his one take crash sequence.

nearly washed the keyboard with coffee reading that.....

That is worth watching just for the ultra rare Fiat 2300 saloon lurching out of the way in the middle lane!!

I owned an estate version a couple of years ago. LKN435F. Bought it from a guy in Barrow who had fully restored it. Beautiful car and lovely fit and finish for a Fiat.

However a few things started going wrong with it and I sort of panicked cos getting parts was a nightmare. Spent £900 refurbing the auto box after just a few weeks ownership.

I sold it to Percival Motors in Kent for £4000. He marked it up at £8995 and sold it to a couple of fellas who lived not far from me who wanted an estate car for their dogs. Wish I'd known...I'd have let them have it for 6K!!!! :(

Am I right in thinking thats the only 2300 estate in the country? I seem to remember reading about one and it was that colour I think.

There was one other...a blue one also on an F plate. They had a lovely strip speedo, power steering, column change 3 sp auto and a nice little chrome wheel on the inside of the door that you turned to open the front quarterlights.I owned it less than a year and must have spent nearly 2k on the thing keeping it going. A money pit!!It took Percival Motors over a year to sell it as I think he was asking way over the top for it.

The new Rover 45!! AKA Roewe 550 / MG 6.

I've seen this in the metal (MG6 5 Dr) and it doesn't look half bad, but the big MG logos do look a bit strange with SAIC MOTOR in block capitals on the windows. Is the MG name worth anything to new car buyers any more? What effect will the whole made in China thing hold in Europe?

It's a damn shame this project wasn't completed years ago by the British and in production now... it uses a 1.8T as before in the 75; did they sort the head gasket out by that iteration?
