Accrington meal 17th Feb

As mentioned in Autotest thread, I will have DW staying at mine on sat 2nd Dec.

So rough plan is to go out for dinner somewhere (either altham arms or brickworks in Accrington) with njgleeds and DW.

Anyone else fancy coming along?

Don't have to be mutually exclusive :-)

I cant make the powerhouse meets due to work.

If no one fancies it, then that isn't a problem either.

No problem

So far then

1. The Moog

2. Dolly wobbler

3. Njgleeds

4. Chodweaver

I could be tempted, I know I'm not on call that weekend.

I've got a feeling it clashes with a mate's birthday in Brum though, I'll have to check.

will their menu be christmassy??

Their festive menu kicks in at the end of November so l would imagine there will be treats for all.

We can possibly tie it in with a 'collection adventure'. Many fun. Bring many people that can fix Suzukis.

5. Bucketeer with brake pipes

6. Ghosty (maybe)

If we wanted a Christmas menu I would have to book in advance. Otherwise would be normal food.

I've checked, it's not my mate's birthday so put me down as a maybe.

I'd like to combine it with a day out at the Manchester Museum of Science & Industry as I keep saying I'll go & not got there yet.

Almost to Burnley, but past Blackburn on M65

The M65 can be found just off the M6 before you get to Preston, if coming north, or just after Preston if going south.

The M6 can be found somewhere between Rugby and Carlise, and can be joined from M74, or M5, M62, M56, M1, M69 or A500 and has a few junctions along it's route.

However the short answer is 1983

1893 you say? they've got more modern then.

Could you add an event tag to this? it's just taken me ages to find it as I'd forgot the planned date.

Posted

Could I come also please? Providing that nobody has to wear paper hats or pull crackers. (Christmas crackers..not actual... Errr)

Am socially awkward and have a fleet of Rovers so am used to being shunned.

That's me in the corner (REM)

Lol
