Faker Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 Delorean motor company test track, and most of the original factory still exist. The test track was seriously overgrown, and took a lot of clearing by the event organisers in order for it to be used (a charity event - car show - autotest - drive around the old circuit). The track is quite short.. but it has rumble strips, cobbles, and a fantastic fully banked circular bend.. The circuit has only ever been used a handful of times since the demise of delorean motor company, the present owners - Montupet - manufacture alloy cylinder heads and wheels etc. Present owners tightly control the site, and no one is permitted to be on the track. In recent years a few high profile delorean anniversary milestone events, were granted permission and allowed delorean owners the privilege to tour the circuit, some of the events were televised in documentaries and news reports.
