Sierra's a honey! I'd be very surprised if it survives though, all the kit car knob ends will be after it  as confirmed by this added to the listing today ..

car has the efi 205 pinto fuel injection block for all those after the engine

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1993-VOLVO-480-ES-Blue-Silver-WORK-VAN-HOW-UNIQUE_W0QQitemZ330336643252

This is the most unique 480 you will probably ever come across!

Modified into a work van, this car has had the rear seats and seatbelts removed and they have been replaced with a custom-fit plywood floor. I carried out this modification myself because I wanted both the practicality of a business vehicle (I run a maintenance service) but the performance and fun of the 480.

Wow, look out Chip Foose

My next project will be to convert a 480 into a road-legal pick-up! Yes, it can actually be done due to the structural bar in the roof behind the occupants' heads. I shall be posting images of the project's progress on the 480 Owners Club in due course.

Hmm :? I can imagine this being a practical and stylish vehicle which will doubtless struggle to crack 3 figures on eBay when it inevitably appears on there half-done.

That's just so wrong on so many levels...

I carried out this modification myself because I already had the 480 I couldn't shift, a load of damp plywood, and I couldn't stretch to buying a van for my 'business'.

I imagine these are a fairly miserable transport experience, I would love one.

The car must be collected within 48 hours of winning the auction

Sorry we do not deliver.

Cash on collection only.

Please do not bid if you cannot raise the funds or collect within the required 48 hours

It finishes on saturday night, so basically you've got to collect it on Sunday when theres no trains running or owt. Cheers, thats really helpful.
I like those too, they look suitably plain & simple like a car from a bygone era! It's a 2000 though, not a 2002, it was imported in 2002 but that doesn't make it newer or worth more money so they shouldn't quote it as it's irrelevant!

This is only £60 with a few hours left. I bet these are a fun little vehicle, and this one looks pretty smart if you can see past the moss.

If you would like a picture of the van clean please send me your email address as i have washed it!

Why not wash it before putting it on eBay? Then you could offer to send pics of it covered in moss to any interested parties.
I think these are funky, more interesting than a Rascal or Supercarry! Looks like a bit of a crusty rear valance though! :o

I can imagine it festering in Raymanboy's garden.

How did you capture that picture, it wouldn't let me right click on it? :?

It was a bit long-winded, but I clicked 'view page info', 'media' then scrolled through the images until I found the link. Luxury of Firefox.

Yeah looks OK that doesnt it. I might lob in a cheeky low bid, theres probably a banger racer out there prepared to pay more than me though.

Dear god, you'd have had to get through a fair few bottles of Absinthe before convincing yourself that blue thing was worth 9000 Euros!
