Srsly, what's not to like?

Looks jazzy, bet these go like shit off a shovel AND are gr8 for om nom nom motorway eatings AND pretty spacious... add in local and very reasonably priced....

It IS a Rover though, so I wouldn't get it past Mrs_Pog in a million years....

Just tell Mrs Pog to 'relax - its a Rover', i'm sure that will reassure her. Oh and tell her to put a bit of cardboard under the engine if she's parking it anywhere posh.

Christ, you'd never get her driving it! Even getting her to sit in it would be a challenge due to her pathalogical hatred of rover's. They are for pensioners only in her crazy 'car rule book'.

Anyway, I have just spotted this, so will instantly forget the Rover...

Perhaps stretching the boundaries of shite somewhat, but it is now causing me a real 'sticky situation' as it were. I would love another of these for tear-arsing about the countryside in, they are much more 'involving' than the E36 I have now. Trouble is I am totally Jurassic Lint until later in the month. ARGHS.

I went to look at the Volvariomatic 340 today. It's a nice motor for someone with a few little issues but nowt serious that I could see. But it didn't win me over, so I'm not having it. Bloomin' good heater!

182K!! That's bonkers.

I saw a Maxima QX V6 for sale at a ropey car dealer today, £395! Couldn't see what mileage it was though. Very tempting, I could get it and be in a similar situation to "The Duke" in Escape From New York, except I'd just rule over Bradford or somewhere.

182k on a BMW is not anything to worry about, especially if it's not long had an engine rebuild. My current E36 is also on 182k, my brother's E30 is over the 200k, and my old 318iS was on 177k when I sold it. All of those have come with reams of service history. It's all about the maintainance on them. My 325i had a much more 'sensible' mileage, but was a pup as it had not been looked after.

Cool! I love the very 'futuristic '80s' DeLorean-style logo on these early '80s Hyundais.

Cripes! - the interior of that Hyundai reminds me of the Tomy ROBO 1 game I used to have.

Mmm star cunts!
my mate posted this to me the other day, why use a 1300 Viva for a stunt car?!

surely there are better!

I once went to a 'Monster Truck' show at the old Ashbyville ground at Scunthorpe. Warm up was a lad on a BMX and two Vivas driving up ramps and going on 2 wheels (I may have some grainy pics). Truck was rubbish as all it did was drive over a MK1 Cav and an Escort, then stalled halfway over an Imp and a Princess. End of show. Not very good really. There were complaints in the local paper about it.

£1,500 seems quite good value on a pound-per-lb basis, no?

What a beauty! I wonder what this will go for.

Realistically priced, in a way Raymanboy seems unable to understand. 2.2-litre turbo puts out, from memory, either 146bhp or 174bhp, both of which sound plenty for a K-Car chassis.

Ideal for matt-blacking and impersonating the KLF. Was it them who did that Dr. Who song? Something to do with Bill Drummond anyway.

Presumably an ex-USAF serviceman's car?

Let's finish up with a supercharged V6 Thunderbird, always liked this shape. I read in one of those US car industry books (Comeback? The Reckoning? One of them) that the project team who created this got a massive bollocking from Ford chairman Don Petersen because the car was overweight and overbudget, despite being miles better than the domestic competition. No bonuses for them!

An utterly dreadful bodykit, I've had the misfortune of seeing it for real. You can get them for other cars too.Once saw a white Fiesta done up with it, looked like a huge blob of chewing gum.
