pandamonium
I was there too! Unfortunately, the showground was for pre-booked entries only so I was in the public car park. I love that Allegro estate, but was disappointed to read on the plaque that it is dry stored and not used.

trigger
Great photos, I don't suppose you have any more info on the Escort that was for sale? This one? I wish i did, I keep looking at it now and think for £895 with a MOT and tax until September seems pretty good. I got there a bit late and was trying to get round quickly before everyone left and i only had a quick look, It was as clean as it looked in the pictures mind. retrogeezer
Yep, sorry! The Mk3. Looks very clean in the photo, although polished Sunburst Red always looks good. I always snap the info off the screen if a car is for sale....just in case!

I'm feeling the Riley Love me.The Firenza was a 1800cc, Was nice, Think it siad that it was one of only 400 left on the DVLA if i remember right. I always thought that in Minder Escort was an X-pack as it has Flaired rear arches, Just looked on you tube and your right, It hasn't got the faired front wings althought it still looked like this from the front. And that Riley was stunning, The colour suited it perfectly and it was spottless, Look at the engine bay, you could eat your tea off it!
Spottedlaurel
Nice pic's Trigger! You could have gone north up the A12 instead and gone to Wings & Wheels near Southwold, and bumped into one or two of us, but it's good to see photos from somewhere else.
