About 10 years ago I regularly saw a Merc with the Irish plate XOI 108 on my commute to and from Wrexham. It never really sank it what it was all about until it came up behind me one day !!!!

It appears it's now on a Jag but I haven't seen that around these parts.

I read about this plate ages ago - the guy had been driving around with it for ages before some prude complained and it was recalled:

The owner first posted his side of the story on Reddit.com. He applied for and was issued the plate in July 2007 and was ordered to return the plates to the DMV in April 2009 because it advocated cannibalism and sexual activity with children.

Beating your kids is ok though...
